Lordship of Chelm | return
The Lordship of Chelm is an autonomous city in the Chiefdom of Kelm. The Baron or Princess of the Lordship of Chelm is decided by a constant election of property owners within the city. Each property, including properties without buildings, contribute 1 vote. If the Baron or Princess is not a sovereign, the Lorship will be independent. If the Baron or Princess is already a sovereign of an independent entity, the Lordship and any of its possessions will be a vassal of that entity by default.
